Ladies Day on Fathers Day
It was ladies day yesterday when Lesley Williams drew the winners of Marine Rescue Port Macquarie’s latest raffle. Six of the 8 prize winners were of the fairer sex. The first prize of a trailer with cage and cover and stocked with countless goodies was won by a very thrilled lady and the prize collected by her equally excited partner.
Second prize of a stand-up paddle board was won by another lady from Wauchope who couldn’t wait to collect her new toy. Third prize of dinner for 2 was won by a very pleased lady who works at Growers Market. Prizes 5 to 8 were won by 4 local ladies and 2 gentlemen from north of Port Macquarie and down to Wollongong.
Marine Rescue is incredibly grateful to the community of Port Macquarie-Hastings for their continuing support of our objective of ‘saving lives on the water’.
